KROQ Weenie Roast Performance

Hello readers,

WOW!!! The Strokes at KROQ Weenie Roast last night was AMAZING!!!! While the rest of my country was celebrating our win in game 2 of the Stanley Cup final round, I was in tears for a different reason. It was short, as they weren't a headliner, but so sweet. The Band seemed to be in a really good mood, especially Jules who was quite chatty. I wish I was there SO badly! Julian's mic was dying so he switched it, and then he threw the dead one to a fan into the crowd! SO jealous of the lucky bum who got a souvenir. Also, he literally bent down into the crowd to talk to a fan!! Someone's dreams came true last night. I'm still shocked the band can wear leather jackets and blazers in June in California, although Fab strip down to his T-Shirt about halfway through. It seems Albert is trying drift away from the suspenders, maybe he decided he was wearing them too often or something.  Nikolai and Julian don't seem to be having that problem, Niko is sticking with his signature vest as is Julian with his leather jacket. Also, were those leather pants on Albert?
